I grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma and wrestled from seventh grade through my junior year of high school. Wrestling didn't just keep me in shape — it built me. It taught me discipline, consistency, resilience, and what it actually feels like to push past the point where most people quit. Those aren't skills you forget.
Junior year, I tore my shoulder and my wrestling career was over. I needed somewhere to put all that energy. I found the weight room — and I never left. What started as a replacement became a passion. I train for hypertrophy, high intensity, focused on building real muscle and real results. Five years in, I'm still just as locked in as day one.
Fitness is also where I go to reset. One to two hours a day where everything else disappears — no noise, no distractions, just me and the work. That feeling is what I want to give other people. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship, because I want to understand the human body deeply enough to actually change someone's life with that knowledge — not just put them through the motions.
My goal is simple: make you feel better, look better, and leave every session excited to come back. If I can do that for even one person — truly change their life through fitness — that's enough to make this worth everything.
